Ask your company anything.
Scirium answers from your own documents, cites every source, and scopes each answer to the exact department you are talking to. Billing answers billing. HR answers HR. Never cross-contaminated.
One channel. One domain. One answer.
A channel has exactly one agent and exactly one knowledge scope. If a company needs a second domain, it creates a second channel with a second agent and a second scope. That is what makes Scirium trustworthy where a general chatbot is not.
Scirium Billing
Answers refunds, disputes, and invoicing from billing documents only.
Billing policy PDFs, refund matrix, invoicing
Scirium HR
Answers PTO, benefits, and policy from the employee handbook only.
Employee handbook, PTO and benefits policies
Scirium IT
Answers network, access, and hardware from the IT runbook only.
IT runbook, network and access documentation
The answers already exist. You just cannot reach them.
Every company already owns its knowledge. It lives in the employee handbook, the policy PDF, the billing procedure, the onboarding checklist.
What the company does not have is a way for staff to get a correct, cited answer in ten seconds without interrupting a human. Scirium is that layer: it sits on top of the documents you already own.
Grounded, never guessed
Every answer cites its source documents inline, so staff can click through and verify for themselves.
Scoped to the department
Each channel is bound to one domain. No cross-contamination between billing and HR.
Self-hosted by design
Data stays in your Microsoft 365 and your infrastructure. Nothing leaves the company.
The opposite on every axis that matters.
A regular chatbot has no grounding in your documents, no audit trail, and no scoping. Scirium is the opposite on every axis that matters to a business.
The pattern never changes.
The answer is correct, it is scoped to the right domain, and the user can click through to the source document to verify it themselves.

It says "I don't know" instead of guessing.
Ask a channel something outside its scope, and Scirium tells you it cannot answer rather than invent one. The expense question goes to the expense policy channel, where the exact threshold is cited. Asked in the wrong channel, the answer is a clear "not in my scope", never a confident hallucination.
The gap is autonomy, not accuracy.
v1 is already fully grounded and cited. What the later versions add is the ability to act, and only ever within an approved risk tier.
Grounded, cited Q&A
Read-only over scoped M365 document libraries. No actions taken.
Risk-tiered actions
Reporting first, then low-risk writes that follow propose, approve, then a narrow audited write.
Broader autonomy
Autonomous actions by risk tier, deeper connectors, granular per-channel permissions.
Mature, governed
Multi-connector breadth, analytics, and admin self-service at scale.
Bring your documents.
Keep your answers.
Self-hosted. White-label. Multi-tenant. Enterprise-grade. The trustworthy layer between your staff and the knowledge you already own.
Tell us about your document libraries and the departments you want to answer for. We will scope a pilot, starting with a single channel.
